STRATAFIX™ Knotless Tissue Control Device, Spiral PGA-PCL, Size 3-0, 30 cm x 30 cm, Undyed, FS FS, is a sterile, synthetic, absorbable suture engineered to facilitate soft tissue approximation without the need for knot tying. It features a unidirectional barbed design that enables secure anchoring within tissue and uniform tension distribution across the wound.

Constructed from a copolymer of polyglycolic acid and polycaprolactone (PGA-PCL), the suture offers reliable initial tensile strength followed by predictable absorption via hydrolysis. Complete absorption occurs within approximately 182 to 238 days. Its undyed presentation reduces visual prominence in healed tissue, which is advantageous in aesthetic or subcutaneous applications.

Equipped with FS needles on both ends, each 3/8 circle and reverse cutting, the device allows precise placement in delicate or soft tissues. STRATAFIX™ Spiral PGA-PCL Size 3-0 is suited for general surgery, plastic and reconstructive procedures, gynecological interventions, and subcuticular wound closures requiring absorbable, knotless performance.
