Distributor non-woven gauze sponges are disposable, latex-free, sterile and are a blend of rayon and polyester. The blend offers the perfect balance between strength and absorbance. The fabric does not stick to burns and lacerations due to its non-adherent nature.

This is the reason why they are preferred for wound dressing. In addition to that, loose threads are minimized by the C-fold design. Another noticeable feature of the non-woven gauze sponge is its remarkable absorbance. It allows the fluid to ooze across the weave design from the underlying wound to absorb and drain to the secondary absorbable dressing. This eventually helps prevent the maceration of skin tissue.

They are widely used in hospital settings for general wound care, i.e., packing, dressing and cleaning. As gauze sponges are sterile, the packing envelope is sealed enough to prevent dust and contamination from entering. Also, the envelopes are easy to open. One pack comes with 10sponges with 4 in × 4 inch size.
