Simponi® Aria™ (golimumab) 50 mg/4 mL injection is a biologic therapy used in the treatment of several inflammatory conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and ulcerative colitis. Golimumab is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-a), a cytokine involved in the inflammatory process of these diseases.
