Minoxidil/Tretinoin/Fluocinolone/Finasteride 7%/0.025%/0.025%/0.2% X 60 mL is a compounded topical formulation designed for the treatment of hair loss, particularly androgenetic alopecia. Minoxidil promotes hair regrowth by enhancing blood flow to hair follicles and prolonging the anagen (growth) phase. Tretinoin facilitates the absorption of minoxidil and promotes cell turnover, enhancing scalp health.

Fluocinolone, a low-potency corticosteroid, reduces inflammation on the scalp, which may improve the efficacy of the other active ingredients and minimize irritation. Finasteride, a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor, reduces the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a key factor in hair follicle miniaturization, thereby slowing or reversing hair loss.
