Midazolam MDV 1 mg/mL 10 mL is a medication commonly used for sedation, anxiolysis, and as an adjunct in anesthesia. As a benzodiazepine, midazolam works by enhancing the action of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter that inhibits brain activity. This results in sedative, anxiolytic, and anticonvulsant effects.

This formulation comes in a multiple-dose vial containing 1 mg of midazolam per mL in a 10 mL vial. The vial is designed with a flip-top for convenience and secure handling.
