The compact evacuator kit is a battery-free system, is quiet and offers low suction for postoperative collection of wound drainage. The kit comes with a fully integrated portable system and doesn''t depend upon external sources of wall suction or batteries. The low suction is gentle yet ensures the overall quality of blood to be reinfused. The kit includes a collection bottle, wound drainage tubing, evacuator, dual trocars, and an infection control exudate bag.

The wound drainage bag reduces the surgeon''s exposure to the patient''s blood and body fluids since the combination of the evacuator and drainage bag forms a closed system. Drainage records could be recorded in the area provided on the exudate bag. The compact evacuator is easy to activate and readily compresses with little effort. A large pouring spout is present on the evacuator''s edge. The plug holder keeps the plug away from flow during emptying the drainage bag. This help minimizes cross-contamination. The attachment clip is used to place the evacuator on the patient securely.
