Horizon 6 centrifuge has six tube capacity and a small footprint which aid in processing urine and blood specimens in labs and care facilities where frequent sampling is desired. The validated cycles are programmed by operating a two-button interface. The LED lighting in the lid works as an indicator of the completion of the cycles. It goes off when the centrifuge is ready for a load and flashes at the end of the cycle.

Horizon 6 centrifuge is a laboratory centrifuge intended for fast and safe density-based partition of fluids, such as physiological fluids, for qualitative and quantitative test procedures. This laboratory centrifuge is also intended to run other chemicals-filled approved containers. The chemicals must be non-flammable, non-volatile, non-explosive, and non-reactive.

The loads must be balanced after placing tube holders in the centrifuge. The lid is closed by turning the lid knob clockwise and is unlocked by turning it counterclockwise.
