Biest 50/50 + Progesterone 40 mg (0.5–2 mg Biest, 40–100 mg Progesterone) per 30 mL is a compounded bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) used for the relief of menopausal symptoms. Biest is a combination of two estrogens—estradiol and estriol—in equal ratio, formulated to reduce symptoms such as hot flashes, mood changes, and vaginal dryness. Progesterone is included to provide hormonal balance and endometrial protection.
