Emgality 120 mg/mL is a prescription monoclonal antibody used for the prevention of migraine in adults. It contains galcanezumab, which selectively binds to the calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), a neuropeptide involved in migraine pathophysiology. By inhibiting CGRP, Emgality reduces migraine frequency and severity. It is administered as a subcutaneous injection, typically with an initial loading dose followed by monthly maintenance doses.

The syringe is pre-filled and single-use, ensuring precise dosing and sterility. It features an ergonomic design for ease of administration, reducing user handling errors. The formulation is preservative-free and sterile, minimizing the risk of contamination or adverse reactions.
