Stratafix™ Knotless Tissue Control Device Spiral PDO Suture, Violet, Absorbable, Size 3-0, 14 cm x 14 cm, with FS Needles, is a synthetic absorbable suture designed to provide efficient soft tissue closure without the need for knots. Constructed from polydioxanone (PDO), the suture offers prolonged tensile strength and gradual absorption through hydrolysis, supporting tissue healing during critical postoperative periods.

The suture’s spiral barbed design facilitates even distribution of tension along the wound, eliminating the need for traditional knot tying. This knotless technology reduces operative time and minimizes tissue trauma, as the barbs securely anchor the suture within tissue, preventing slippage and enhancing wound edge apposition. 

Equipped with double-armed FS taper point needles, the device allows precise and symmetrical wound closure.
