BOTOX® Cosmetic (OnabotulinumtoxinA) 50 Units (1 vial) is a specialized cosmetic formulation revered for its ability to reduce facial wrinkles. Each vial contains a powdered form of the active ingredient, Botulinum Toxin Type A (onabotulinumtoxinA). Prior to administration, it must be reconstituted solely with 0.9% sterile, non-preserved saline solution.

Once opened and reconstituted, the solution should be stored in a refrigerator at temperatures between 2 to 8 degrees Celsius. It is imperative to utilize the reconstituted solution within 24 hours to maintain its effectiveness and safety profile.

To administer BOTOX® Cosmetic, a 30 to 33-gauge needle is recommended for injection. This ensures precision and minimizes discomfort for patients during the procedure.

For storage of unopened vials, refrigeration within the same temperature range is recommended. The 50-unit vial can be stored for up to 24 months, ensuring the stability and potency of the product until use.
