Description

Puramino powder is a hypoallergenic infant dry formula that comes in a can of 14.1 oz. It is an amino acid based powder with iron. The puramino dry formula is made for infants with severe cow's milk protein and multiple other food allergies. It is a complete nutrition formula that is suitable for conditions that require an elemental diet such as chronic diarrhea, protein maldigestion, short bowel syndrome, and eosinophilic esophagitis.

The powder is reconstituted to 98 fl oz per can. Water is added to reconstitute the powder. Proper hygiene must be ensured during the addition kf water. This includes the use of cooled boiled water in addition to the utensils, bottle, nipple being used after proper sanitization.

Mix, shake and let it sit for 5 minutes. Shake again before use. The formula powder is suitable for toddlers between 0 to 24 months of age. The powder is easy to store safely for longer periods. Microwaves must not be used to warm the formula. Once the powder is reconstituted, it must be used immediately within an hour or discarded otherwise. If not fed, store the formula in a refrigerator at 2° to 4° C for not more than 24 hours.
