The Cardinal Health™ Sterilization Wrap, Single Layer SMS CH100, 24 x 24 inches, is constructed from non-woven SMS polypropylene material, providing strength and maintaining sterility during handling, storage, and sterilization. Its single-layer design is lightweight and suitable for small packages with a recommended maximum content weight of 3 lbs. The wrap is designed to protect medical devices, ensuring sterility until point-of-use in clinical and surgical environments.

A simple cross-stitch bond pattern is incorporated into the wrap, offering visual feedback of any breaches that may occur during handling or sterilization processes. This feature allows healthcare personnel to easily inspect the wrap for integrity, ensuring continued sterility and patient safety. The blue color provides clear visibility and identification of the wrap during sterile processing and storage.

The wrap is compatible with multiple sterilization methods, including gravity steam at 250°F/121°C for 30 minutes, pre-vacuum steam at 270°F/132°C for 4 minutes, 100% ethylene oxide (EO) at 725-735 mg/l at 131°F/55°C, and Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) STERRAD® systems including 100S, NX, 100NX, and 200 cycles.
