Description
This preparation is a sterile, injectable solution supplied in a 3 mL multi-dose vial. Each vial contains a total of 60 mg Tirzepatide and 1.5 mg Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) at a concentration of 20 mg/mL Tirzepatide and 0.5 mg/mL Methylcobalamin. Dosing is administered via subcutaneous injection as per the prescribed titration schedule. For a 20 mg/mL concentration, the initiation dose of 2.5 mg is 0.125 mL. The typical maintenance dose of 10 mg is 0.5 mL, and the maximum dose of 15 mg is 0.75 mL. The beyond-use date (BUD) is assigned per lot and is displayed on the dispensed label.
