Description
This preparation is a sterile, injectable solution supplied in a 1 mL multi-dose vial. Each vial contains a total of 10 mg Tirzepatide and 0.5 mg Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) at a concentration of 10 mg/mL Tirzepatide and 0.5 mg/mL Methylcobalamin. Dosing is administered via subcutaneous injection as per the prescribed titration schedule. For a 10 mg/mL concentration, the initiation dose of 2.5 mg is 0.25 mL. The typical maintenance dose of 10 mg is 1.0 mL. This vial size is not suitable for doses above 10 mg. The beyond-use date (BUD) is assigned per lot and is displayed on the dispensed label.
