Description

The Tray, Foley Cath, 16Fr, Lubr, W/Bag, Syr is a comprehensive sterile solution designed for efficient and comfortable Foley catheterization procedures. This tray includes a pre-connected 5cc Bardex® Lubricath® latex Foley catheter and a 2000ml Bard® drainage bag, ensuring all necessary components are readily available for use.

The Foley catheter features a hydrogel coating that enhances patient comfort during insertion. The unique properties of the Lubricath® catheter create a hydrophilic cushion between the catheter surface and the urethra, facilitating smoother insertion and reducing friction. This coating absorbs fluid, which contributes to a more comfortable experience for the patient.

Included in the tray is the Uro-Prep™ Tray, which offers a convenient setup for the catheterization process. The drainage bag is equipped with a tamper-evident seal and an anti-reflux chamber, features designed to ensure the sterility and integrity of the system while preventing backflow and contamination.
