The PERIFIX® Continuous Epidural Tray is a sterile, single-use procedural kit designed to provide essential equipment required for continuous epidural anesthesia administration. The tray contains a 17G × 3.5-inch Tuohy needle, a 5 mL glass Luer lock loss-of-resistance (LOR) syringe, a PERIFIX® 20G closed-tip catheter, and additional tray components to support efficient epidural catheter placement. The organized configuration promotes standardized preparation and procedural consistency.

The 17G Tuohy needle is designed to assist with accurate access to the epidural space, while the 5 mL glass Luer lock LOR syringe supports identification of the epidural space using the loss-of-resistance technique.
