Suture, D Special VICRYL UR-6 27 is an absorbable surgical suture composed of Polyglactin 910, a synthetic copolymer derived from glycolide and lactide. This suture is undyed and braided, offering improved knot security and handling characteristics. It is designed for general soft tissue approximation and ligation, excluding cardiovascular and neurological procedures.

The UR-6 needle is a 26 mm, 1/2 circle taper point needle crafted from stainless steel. This configuration allows smooth passage through tissue with minimal trauma, especially in delicate and densely vascularized areas. The silver needle color enhances visibility during surgical application.
