PhaseOne® Solution is a microbicidal skin and wound cleanser designed for rapid action against bacteria and fungi. It effectively penetrates and disrupts biofilm, eliminating pathogens while neutralizing their toxins. Its hypochlorous acid (HOCl) formulation ensures efficacy without the use of harsh chemicals, making it suitable for sensitive applications. The solution is non-toxic and free from preservatives, providing a safe option for wound care and infection prevention.

The composition consists of a pure concentration of hypochlorous acid in saline, distinguishing it from products containing bleach or other irritants. This unique formulation ensures that PhaseOne® remains non-irritating and non-sensitizing, reducing the risk of tissue damage. PhaseOne® Solution is indicated for cleansing and irrigation of a variety of wound types. It supports debridement and may be used in intraoperative pocket lavage before subcutaneous closure. It is recommended for managing pressure injuries (stage I–IV), stasis ulcers, leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, surgical wounds, and minor burns.
