Description

The Quill Barbed Suture PDO 3-0 is a synthetic, absorbable wound closure device engineered to enhance surgical efficiency and improve tissue approximation. It features a bi-directional barbed design, which eliminates the need for knots, ensuring a secure and even distribution of tension along the wound. The barbs are helically arranged, allowing for self-anchoring within the tissue, reducing the risk of slippage and promoting uniform closure.

Equipped with a 3/8 Circle, 26mm Reverse Cutting Needle, this suture provides excellent penetration through dense and fibrous tissues while minimizing trauma. The Diamond Point needle tip ensures precise and effortless passage through tissue layers, enhancing control and reducing surgical time. The violet coloration of the suture improves visibility in the operative field, facilitating efficient placement.
