The Cardinal Health™ dual-peel sterilization pouch is designed for safe and efficient sterilization of medical devices requiring low-temperature processes. Measuring 18 inches by 22 inches, the pouch combines a breathable TYVEK® material with a clear film to maintain a reliable sterile barrier while allowing effective penetration of sterilizing agents. The design supports both Ethylene Oxide (EO) gas and steam sterilization, ensuring compatibility with a range of instruments and clinical procedures.

The pouch features an external chemical process indicator for EO sterilization, providing visual confirmation that the sterilization process has been completed. The dual-peel design enables easy opening of the pouch while maintaining sterility of the contents. A convenient thumb notch at the top facilitates safe access to instruments without compromising the sterile environment.

The self-seal construction includes a pre-folded bottom flap with an adhesive strip, simplifying the sealing process and supporting consistent, secure packaging of instruments. The pouch is latex-free, reducing the risk of allergic reactions. The clear film allows visual inspection of the contents without opening the pouch, supporting workflow efficiency and proper inventory management.
