Kendall™ Silicone Bordered Foam 5-Layer Sacral Dressing is engineered to provide advanced wound care for moderate to heavily exuding wounds. The multilayer construction includes a highly breathable film, super absorbent polyacrylate, transfer layer, absorbent foam, and a gentle silicone adhesive. This combination ensures effective exudate management while maintaining a moist wound healing environment that supports tissue regeneration and reduces risk of maceration.

The silicone adhesive border allows secure placement on the sacral area without causing trauma upon removal. The dressing’s thin, flexible design enhances conformability to body contours while providing consistent adhesion and comfort for the patient. It minimizes shear and friction, which are critical factors in pressure ulcer prevention and management.
