Sterile Water for Irrigation, USP, 1000 mL, is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, distilled water solution intended solely for irrigation purposes. It does not contain any antimicrobial agents or added substances and is formulated to meet United States Pharmacopeia (USP) standards. The solution is free of solutes, making it appropriate for clinical settings requiring a hypotonic irrigation medium.

This product is commonly used to moisten wound dressings, irrigate surgical sites, and rinse medical devices and instruments.
