The VERIFY All Clean Test Washer Indicator provides a consistent, reproducible method to routinely check the performance of your automated washer/disinfector process and instrument cleaning chemistry functionality. Designed to verify the cleaning efficacy of your washer, the VERIFY All Clean Test Washer Indicator makes washer/disinfector performance monitoring easy. Each washer indicator contains a proprietary protein, lipid and polysaccharide formulation dried on both sides of a plastic carrier and is formulated to mimic typical soiling that occurs during normal use, but does not contain blood products for safe handling. Complete soil removal of the dried test soil pattern from the plastic substrate provides a qualitative assessment of the washer/disinfector cleaning performance. The patented washer indicator holder mimics typical surfaces to represent a realistic challenge to the washing/disinfecting process. The V shape of the washer indicator holder, produces two perpendicular (right angle) legs and exposes four surfaces (two surfaces per leg) to the process to be challenged. Manufactured from stainless steel, the washer indicator holder is corrosion and abrasion resistant and withstands chemical, mechanical and thermal strains encountered during the normal washer/disinfector process.
