The Exchanger Moisture Humid – Vent Port 9.4 gm is a compact heat and moisture exchanger designed to support effective humidification during respiratory therapy. It is intended for adult use and is compatible with tidal volumes ranging from 50 mL to 600 mL. The device helps retain heat and moisture from exhaled air, supporting airway conditioning during ventilation.

This exchanger delivers a moisture output of approximately 35.37 mg H2O/L at a tidal volume of 200 mL, contributing to adequate humidification performance. It features a straight design with a standard 15 mm connection, allowing integration with commonly used breathing circuits. The dead space of 9.74 mL supports efficient ventilation while minimizing impact on delivered tidal volume.

The unit is manufactured without bacterial or viral filters, with BFE and VFE specified as without filter. Airflow resistance is measured at 1.09 cm H2O at 30 LPM, supporting low resistance breathing.
