Telfa™ Non-Adherent Dressing Gauze Pad, Non-Sterile, 3 x 8 in, is designed to provide gentle wound coverage while minimizing trauma during dressing changes. The dressing features an absorbent cotton core that manages light exudate effectively. Its rectangular 3 x 8 inch configuration offers extended coverage for larger or elongated wound areas in clinical and home care settings.

Bonded on both sides with a perforated non-adherent film, the dressing helps prevent adherence to the wound surface. This construction supports protection of newly formed tissue and reduces disruption during removal. The non-adherent contact layer maintains a moist environment conducive to healing while allowing exudate to pass into the absorbent cotton pad.

The material can be cut to fit various wound shapes without separating, maintaining structural integrity after trimming. The white cotton pad provides a clean appearance and allows visual monitoring of drainage levels.
