Description
ETHIBOND EXCEL™ Suture, green, size 2/0, 18", with FS needle, is a nonabsorbable, braided polyester suture designed for general soft tissue approximation and ligation. It is composed of polyethylene terephthalate fibers and coated with a polybutilate compound, which enhances suture performance by reducing friction during passage through tissue.
The FS needle is a reverse cutting type, specifically constructed for penetrating dense or fibrous tissues, such as skin or fascia. The 3/8 circle curvature supports smooth maneuverability through various tissue planes, enhancing accuracy and reducing trauma during placement.
