STRATAFIX™ Spiral PDO Suture, Violet, Size 2-0, 24 cm x 24 cm, with double-armed MH needles (36 mm), is a synthetic absorbable knotless tissue control device composed of polydioxanone. This suture features a barbed monofilament structure that eliminates the need for knot tying, allowing for consistent wound closure and even distribution of tension across the wound.

The spiral barbs are designed to anchor securely in tissue, promoting efficient and uniform approximation without slippage. This design enhances closure strength and reduces operating time. The violet coloration improves visibility in the surgical field, enabling precise placement. The monofilament surface allows smooth tissue passage with minimal trauma and reduced risk of bacterial colonization.

The double-armed MH needles, 36 mm in length, have a taper point design and 1/2 circle curvature. These needles allow symmetrical suturing from a central point, improving control and accuracy in layered closures.
