Stratafix Spiral PDO Suture, Double-Armed, 30 mm x 30 mm, is a synthetic absorbable monofilament suture designed for efficient soft tissue approximation. The spiral configuration provides knotless wound closure by evenly distributing tension along the suture line. This innovative design minimizes tissue trauma and enhances wound healing by reducing localized stress at suture points.

Constructed from polydioxanone (PDO), the suture offers prolonged tensile strength, maintaining wound support during the critical early phases of healing. The material undergoes complete hydrolytic absorption within approximately 180 days, eliminating the need for suture removal and reducing the risk of foreign body reaction. Its monofilament structure ensures smooth passage through tissue, minimizing friction and tissue drag.
