This antimicrobial skin cleanser will not leave your hands dry, cracked or irritated, even with frequent washings. It contains either 4% or 2% W/W Chlorhexidine Gluconate with 4% isopropyl alcohol in a non-alkaline base. With persistent Antimicrobial action, CHGs persistent and broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties, make it an effective agent for patient preoperative skin prep, surgical hand scrubbing, healthcare personnel handwashing and as a general skin cleanser. It is also effective as a 15 second hand wash. The solution does not contain red dye, which may stain clothing. Warning: This product is for external use only. Keep out of eyes, ears and mouth. Chlorhexidine Gluconate Skin Cleanser should not be used for pre-operative skin preparation of the face or head.
