Di-Dak-Sol® is a diluted Dakin’s solution containing 0.0125% sodium hypochlorite, the lowest available strength of this antiseptic formulation. It is buffered and pH-balanced, making it suitable for direct application to the skin and wounds. This solution provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial action, effectively reducing the risk of infection while being gentle on tissues.

As an antimicrobial agent, Di-Dak-Sol® is effective against a wide range of pathogens, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeasts, and molds. It has been proven to combat antibiotic-resistant strains such as MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) and VRE (Vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus).
