The Curad Non-Adherent Oil Emulsion Dressing is a sterile dressing designed to promote optimal wound healing while preventing trauma to the wound site. It is constructed from a high porosity cellulose acetate material, which is knitted to provide strength and flexibility. The dressing is impregnated with U.S.P. white petrolatum in an emulsion blend, allowing the flow of exudates while preventing adherence to granulating tissue.

This nonocclusive dressing minimizes the risk of skin maceration, making it an ideal choice for wounds that are lightly draining. It creates an environment conducive to healing while protecting the wound from external contaminants. The high porosity of the dressing ensures that exudates are effectively absorbed and do not build up, reducing the risk of infection.

Highly conformable, the Curad Non-Adherent Oil Emulsion Dressing is suitable for a variety of lightly draining wounds, including minor burns, lacerations, abrasions, suture lines, and episiotomy incisions.
